Finch Hattons is a luxury tented safari camp that combines its love for Tsavo with world-class facilities. Welcome to Wild Luxury! Located in Tsavo West National Park, Finch Hattons Eco Tented Camp is set around natural fresh water springs within 34 acres of pure untouched wilderness and surrounded by views of Mt Kilimanjaro and the magnificent Chyulu Hills. Originally opened in 1993, Finch Hattons re-opened in 2015 after a complete rebuild of the camp and were named best new safari camp by Architectural Digest in 2015. Also voted as Africa’s Leading Tented Safari Camp 2016 at the World Travel Awards, the Finch Hattons team takes pride in providing an unparalleled luxury safari experience for multi-generational travel together with tailor made experiences for our guests reminiscent of Old Africa

Finch Hattons rebuild was carefully designed to maximise the opportunities to view our resident animals and birdlife. Sightings of hippo, crocodiles, elephants and various antelope around the camp are common, to say nothing of the 500 bird species that call Tsavo home. From our many viewing decks and dining areas, you can also enjoy the vast vistas that stretch in every direction. To the west, Mount Kilimanjaro is impossible to miss, and to the northeast, the Chyulu Hills undulate for miles.

Flight time is approximately 50 minutes from Wilson Airport to Finch Hattons airstrip. Road Trip to Finch Hattons

SGR Train Safari to Finch Hattons
